Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD) Diagnostic Clinic
Children exposed to alcohol prenatally receive specialized services through the Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder Clinic (FASD). FASD evaluates and diagnoses children and offers recommendations for services and therapies. Services are provided for children living in Central Washington.
The team has received training from the University of Washington and is part of the FASD Diagnostic and Prevention Network. The following professionals are part of the specialized FASD team:
- Licensed mental health counselor
- Educational psychologist
- Occupational therapist
- Speech & language pathologist
- FASD clinic coordinator
